1. The Wild Race 30-Day Fit Assurance
A saddle must fit both horse and rider with flawless ergonomic harmony. We allow you 30 days from the confirmed delivery date to evaluate the fit of any catalog saddle in your barn.
Clean Trial Protocol:
To qualify for a 100% full refund or free size exchange, please place a clean, thin sheet or saddle pad over your horse’s back when testing the saddle on your horse. Wrap stirrup leathers with plastic wrap or socks to prevent scuff marks on the flap.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To receive a full refund or exchange:
- Saddles and tack must be returned in original, clean, unridden condition (free of dirt, sweat marks, horse hair, or oiling).
- All original accessories (matching cinches, stirrups, concho tags, and packaging) must be included.
- Items showing structural damage, riding wear, or customer alteration cannot be accepted for full credit.
3. Bespoke & Custom Built Saddles
For custom saddles built to bespoke rider measurements, custom floral carvings, or custom tree dimensions: Our master fitter collaborates with you via wither tracings before tree cutting. If fit adjustments are needed upon arrival, our atelier will adjust gullet width or flocking at no labor charge. Custom saddles are non-refundable once carving commences, backed by our Lifetime Fit Adjustment Guarantee.
4. Step-by-Step Return Process

- Our support team will generate a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide return dispatch instructions.
- Upon return receipt and atelier inspection, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
