Every Wild Race saddle is carefully wrapped in protective moisture-barrier covers, cushioned with reinforced corner guards, and boxed in heavy-duty export grade cartons. Shipments are handled exclusively by Tier-1 air express couriers:
- North America (USA & Canada): FedEx International Priority / DHL Express (5–8 business days transit).
- Europe & United Kingdom: DHL Express / UPS Worldwide Saver (5–7 business days transit).
- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar): Emirates Post / DHL Express (4–6 business days transit).
- Australia & New Zealand: DHL Express (6–9 business days transit).

Bespoke & Custom Orders
Hand-tooled and custom tree engineered. Bench craft takes 10 to 18 business days before express dispatch.
3. Tracking & Real-Time Delivery Updates
Immediately upon cargo pickup from our atelier, an automated dispatch email is triggered containing your direct tracking link and courier airway bill (AWB) number. You can track your package every step of the journey.
4. Customs, Duties & Export Documentation
All international packages are shipped with complete commercial invoices, Certificate of Origin, and leather export declarations. Standard imports into the United States below $800 are duty-free under Section 321 de minimis. For Europe, UK, and other regions, any local VAT or customs processing is handled transparently through the carrier.
