2. 10-Year Tree Structural Guarantee
Wild Race proudly warranties every proprietary saddle tree (polymer, fiberglass, and reinforced wooden core) against cracking, warping, or structural breakage for 10 years from purchase date under normal equestrian riding conditions. This warranty covers tree replacement or equivalent saddle exchange.
3. Genuine Leather Characteristics
Every Wild Race saddle is constructed from natural, full-grain vegetable-tanned steer hides. As a natural material, slight variations in grain texture, subtle dye depth, or natural range marks are hallmarks of authenticity and artisan hand-tooling, not factory defects.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Currencies
Prices are listed in USD ($) and converted accurately. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors prior to shipping confirmation. In the rare event of a catalog pricing error, you will be notified immediately with the option to proceed or cancel.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Uttar Pradesh, India, with respect to international export and sale of goods conventions.
